All listings and offers are subject to review. Business hours, event schedules, and offer availability can change. Confirm directly with the business or organizer. We do not guarantee third-party services or transactions. Standard event listings are free. Coupons cost $15 for up to 30 days; featured events cost $15 for up to 14 days; homepage event promotion costs $30 for up to 7 homepage days and up to 14 featured-event days. All periods end sooner if the offer or event ends. Featured slots rotate among eligible advertisers.
Offers must identify the business, expiration, exclusions, and redemption instructions. Sponsored placement must be disclosed. Monthly subscriptions and prepaid vouchers are not sold in early access. Submit before paying; editorial review is required. Pay through Stripe after approval to activate a one-time promotion.

Refunds for paid promotions
Request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. You may also request a full refund if Hot Springs Local cannot deliver your purchased promotion. After 24 hours, promotions delivered as purchased are nonrefundable.
Submit a private refund request with your promotion title and payment date. Requests are reviewed manually and approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunded promotions are removed from paid placement.
